Ghost Pepper Finishing Salt - $10
Our salt is sourced 2000 feet below the ocean surface off the coast of Big Island. It's then solar dried and shipped directly to us. Chef Evan adds in Kauai grown ingredients to make our blends completely unique and like none other you will try. We hope you love them!
These Ghost peppers are grown locally on Kauai by our fantastic pepper farmer Ray. We then blend and ferment for up to 12 months, followed by a slow low heat (under 118 degrees) dehydration process.
This salt goes great with on all dishes including bbq, fish, veggies, and eggs!
