Our salt is sourced 2,000 feet below the ocean surface off the Kona coast of the Big Island. It's then solar dried and shipped directly to us. Our Master of Flavor, Evan adds Kauai grown ingredients to make our blends completely unique. We hope you love them!
The ghost peppers used in this salt are grown on Kauai by our awesome pepper farmer, Ray. We dehydrate these bad boys low and slow at 118 degrees, blend, and hand mix into our special salt.
