Ghost Pepper Finishing Salt

These Ghost peppers are locally on Kauai by our fantastic pepper farmer Ray. We then blend and ferment for up to 12 months, followed by a slow low heat (under 118 degrees) dehydration process. 

This salt goes great with on all dishes including bbq, fish, veggies, and eggs!

Ingredients: Solar dehydrated Kona Sea Salt, Fermented Ghost Pepper

Remember to shake often as the pepper powder will settle.
