Spicy Sambal

Sambal is an Indonesian slang word of Javanese origin (sambel). It is native to the cuisines of Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Singapore, But has spread around the world. It's a thicker, paste style hot sauce that goes great on fish, veggies, tofu or tempeh. We make our version with out the fish sauce and use Fermented red jalapeño, Lemongrass, ginger, garlic, Sweet onion and Rice vinegar. It's a spicy vegan dream

white vinegar*, rice wine vinegar*, fermented red jalapeños*, garlic*, fermented hawaiian chili pepper*, sweet onion* , lemongrass*, ponzu*, onion*, lime*, ginger*, pineapple juice*, hawaiian sea salt

 

BE ADVISED: This sauce contains fermented peppers. Fermentation is known to increase bio available nutrients in your food as well as create B vitamins, lactic acid, and omega 3's. So you might feel awesome as a result of consuming it!
