Our hot sauce isn't for the faint of heart. We're talking fermented Hawaiian chili peppers, ghost peppers and occasionally scorpion peppers here. Each flavor is designed to highlight the spices used without compromising the unique ingredients of the batch.

Our hot sauces are arranged in order from our most mildest sauce, Hawaiian Chili Pepper Water, to our spiciest sauce, Sorry Not Sorry. Guaranteed there's a little something for everyone.

Fermentation is known to increase bioavailable nutrients in food, as well as produce B vitamins, lactic acid and Omega 3's. Plus, the flavor of peppers develop more as they ferment.
